Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Overnight charges are only for US locations.

Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow. There may be delays in peak holiday seasons.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses

IrisVision ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this moment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

IrisVision is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We ship outside the U.S for a flat shipping fee of $135.00.

Estimated delivery time for international shipments are 7-10 days.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy is below however we understand that due to the current circumstances with the Coronavirus, situations may arise making it difficult to adhere to this timeframe. If you are in need of an extension, please contact us and we’d be happy to help.

IrisVision’s 30 day evaluation period starts on the 1st day of training or 6 weeks from the ship date, whichever comes first.

Should the device not work for you or your loved one, contact IrisVision via phone or email for a return authorization number to start and track the return process. Your refund will deduct a restocking fee of $295 from the total amount you have paid, applicable to all of our pricing plans (excluding Priority Shipping and/or International shipping charges).

Return of Non Defective Products

A non-defective product may be returned to IrisVision Global within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments:

1. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then IrisVision will provide free shipping to the customer and will provide a return shipping label, for domestic shipments only. This does not apply to international orders.

2. No refund will be granted for hardware which has been tampered with in any way which jeopardize IrisVision Global’s ability to remarket or resell the product. IrisVision Global maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a product’s fitness for return.

3. IrisVision will not charge the customer a restocking fee for the returned unit.

4. Priority shipping in the US or International shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
